Whether the warrant is  (i) false or (ii)fake. If it is fake it means you are alleging forgary as no court has ever issued any warrant.  If you say it is false then how it is false has the cheque not been issued.

If one member has signed the cheque then how whole family can bein trouble

What type iof illegal activity was exposed in 2010 you are not clear on that.

Based on these scanty facts nothing more can be advised in addtion to what Mr Thakur has already advised.

Please go thru the article published by toi for parallel court being run by banks & court staff where fraud NWW's are being issued FROM bANGALORE.....in yr 2010 itself more than 70000 fake warrants have been issued for people whose cheques hv bounced..........................infact judge who exposed the scam was t/d & the probe was stepped due to political pressure...
