We had a quarrel with our relative on a sunday at 2.30pm 18th oct-2015. My relative has filed a false compliant against me in section 294,325,506. My relative is not ready to take back her compliant. There is no witness to this. Even the only witness they named was not in town by that time.
He is also not ready to provide witness testimony.
Only complaintant and her husband are going to give false statements against us.
Doctor has given a medical certificate stating fracture.
Will this be accepted by court?
