False fir

The accused destroy/ demolished house and taken all the house hold material, door etc of the petitioner. When petitioner filed the FIR the police did not taken any action against the accused. For which the petitioner approached the Hon’ble High Court against the in-action of the police. As per the high court direction the Police register the case and that GR case was going on the police file the report stated therein that it is a False FIR. The Judicial Magistrate First Class dropped the GR case on the basic of police Repost. Now the petitioner wants to reopen the said case. How it is possible???

one can file ICC case and Magistrate can give direction for invistigation over the said issue. but can it file in high court for the selfsame cause of action???
