False Witness Statement ?

IN MY FALSE CASE POLICE HAVE ADDED A FALSE WITNESS. THIS WITNESS IS HAVING AN FIR ON HIMSELF OF FORGED DOCUMENTS AND IN HIS FIR COMPLAINANT IS MY FATHER SO WILL HIS STATEMENT WILL BE VALID OR ACCEPTABLE IN COURT ? PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO. THANK YOU.

Unless the case is being tried before a sleeping Judge, it will be viewed seriously by the Judge, when such documents are produced and placed before the Court, in the meantime, your counsel should be ready to object and point out such questionable documents in the court.

Mere making a statement do not amount to evidence, and it should be done before a competent judicial authority and a reasonable opportunity has to be given through cross examination to the other party that is affected by the statement.  Keep it as secret, and use it as a weapon during cross examination.
