Need some citations for an appeal FCA wife set exparte n no IA for alimony us filed by her ..she received notice not contesting ...in family court dismised . expartee decree...desertion of 5yrs of separation. ....n false case against husband grounds we took!husband is my client petitioner.....
She file 125 crpc but not comming since 2yrs.court notice 3times..they repeat the same ..OFFICE IS DIRECTED TO SEND NOTICE TO PETITIONER..judge asks me bring new address to send notice🤷♀️🙏now I wish to seek dismis for default( with condition) !am for Respondent husband ! Guide me what n how to move it pls!
