Ravi , a Hindu made a family settlement agreement and specified shares of his wife, son A , daughters in his property. Ravi passed away in 2022 without any will . Then son A died in 2023 intestate . Can wife of Ravi claim from property of her pre deceased son A under Hindu Succession Act as she is a legal heirs?
Or will property belong only to children and widow of A on the basis of family settlement to which mother of A is also a signatory ?
Any judgement on the point.

Ravi's wife is one among the class I legal heirs to her deceased son A.
Hence she is entitled to an equal share out of the property left behind by her son at par with other class I legal heirs of her deceased son.
