Father Name change in SSC

I want to change my father name in SSC certificate because of my mistake instead of getting my father name I got my father's elder brother name in SSC certificate now I am getting problem because on some proof it's my father's name on it and on educational certificate I have my father's elder brother name on it. it's been 9 years from now and I am not able to change the name and apply for passport. Please help me out..!
