father died in 1975 and he has 4 daughters and 1 son .........son was minor when father died........4 daughters got married ......son wants to keep property earned by father to himself ...he wants whole property ...during sisters marriage in 1980's , son sold one of the land of fathers property and with that money he made marriages of sisters....now there huge property is left and son wants whole property and sisters filed case for equal share and judgement came in favour for equal share in HC......son is one of the judges in andhrapradesh(criminal) and son's wife is also judge (civil court)......they are delaying the case ..how can they delay the case ..one thing i heard the judge who needs to give judgement is freind of son who is keeping leave at time of judgment always..how long this can be done??already case is going on for 12 yrs ....how long this ?? when can daughters expect property????
