Hi,
I have filed a Divorce case against my wife and I have claimed custody of my 1.5 year old son. The hearing for Custody/Visitation rights has not happened yet.
My wife has told me I can visit my son when she is staying at her Mothers house. But she is not giving me any details of his eating schedule, his diet plan. She is not allowing me to take pictures of my Son, nor allowing me to take him to my House.
What are my rights as a Father during Visitation ?
