I won’t deny that domestic violence doesn't happen but it doesn't mean we can make a flat law which treats all as same.
They say that the motto of our criminal justice system is "let a thousand guilty persons escape but not a single innocent person should be punished."
But in matrimonial disputes it seems motto is reversed as "don’t let a single guilty escape even if thousand innocent persons are punished."
Feeling of injustice is very hard to cope with and those who suffer only know the same.
Just for fun..
My manager, an American lady, is nonstop express. Can talk for 2-3 hours without any brake and break. After working with her for 3-4 months, I realised that she has nobody to talk with and she keep annoying me now and then. She works at Indian as well as American time. She talks about India, Indian climate, democracy etc.
I didn'nt have much problem as I was getting paid but still one thing I had in my mind was "why is she so lonely or may be so free"
Recently she told me that I am unmarried mother and I've two kids who live in hostel. She is going to see them after 3 years as was stuck in work.
