Information about Case - Case is b/w SSC(Staff Selection Commission) + UOI + ORS. vs NITANT TRIVEDI(Petitioner)
Case is filed for cancellation of an all india level exam due to cheating cases.
As process of recruitment almost completed and if got cancelled, hardwork and man-hours of selected candidates will get vanished.
We are the group of selected candidates, looking to file an application as 3rd party in this case. We want to put our points and let court consider our concerns too.
