My marriage petetions are pending in court. I am filling RTI seeking information of my wife, her sister, her mother to help in my court matter. This RTI information helps me in my court matter.
So my questions are :
1) Filling RTI is includes in harrsment in any section?
3) Can she gate advantages in court that I am filling RTI in court matter?
