Financial company cheated me what to do?

I have invested rs. in fixed deposit
of shree ramanjenya leasing and finance ltd.. Now he is refusing to pay me.. I have all deposit certificates.. What to do..?? Pls let me know.. Whether i should go for DRT.. Or file suit..

you may have cheaper and speedier remedy with consumer forum. you are also free to file civil suit but it is more expensive procedure. DRT is not the option available in your condition.

But individual can apply to DRT for debt recovery...

If it's a Private Limited Company then you should file a petition before NCLT better if you contact us then I will elaborate properly about your case.
