FIR dated prior to the order of SP directing Reg of FIR
The complainant approaches the SP with a written request dated 02.10.2014 requesting him to direct the Police to register an FIR against accused. In a classic example of Police efficiency, The SP gives the direction on the same day in writing! The letter giving the direction reaches the Police Station the same day! And hold your breath!! The FIR is also registered with remarkable efficiency, on 01.10.2014 i.e. a day prior to date on which the complainant even started the process!
