- Wife left home in mumbai to UP - May 2011 (She was pregnant)
- Delivered baby girl in nov 2011.
- I filed RCR in 2013, but couldn't purse further due to on going mutual stages, but family members.
- Wife wanted money, but negotitaions failed.
- I made my mind not to take her back, but want child.
- wife filed false 498a & 125 crpc to harrass me and my family - August 2015
- i filed divorce based on desertion of more than 5 years in mumbai on august 2015.
- She tried to forcibily enter my home in mumbai on feb 14 2016.
- My mom & sister did not let her inside, and didnt open the door.
- My mom & sister called local cops and shown the divorce papers, police filed NC against my wife n her brother for intimadting.
Now, I hear, my wife is planning to get court orders to get into my parents house as a plan to harass further.
How to prevent this from happening?
- - I am a freelancer, earning 7-8k per month, till now i have not given maintenance.
- - My father had earlier debarred me from his property by giving notice in newspaper, although I am still on his Will.
- - I am planning to stay in PG, will this help?
