Flat registration

I want to buy a flat.But sale deed is without a parking space. flat Owner has a allotment letter from builder for parking.May I registered the flat with parking in my name.

Is it the same case with other owners also?

1) Builder allotement letter is not valid proof for transfer of ownership. The parking allotment must  be writtenin agreement then only it is valid.

2) While doing document it is ur mutual understanding that what is tobe mentioned in the document.
