Dear Seniors, I am currently working as a Manager in a Limited company. Company having 2 units willing to close its second unit wherein I am working. Management has asked me to submit my resignation as they want to reduce manpower. After submission of my resignation 3 months before management has not given me its acceptance nor they have conveyed when they are going to relive me. In the month of May 2015 Management have declared normal increment to all except me. Even they are not involving me in any assignment. Further to this now Management has reduced 30% of salary of all employees including me without my concent. I am not aware of what to do. It is possibily management will relive me on 15th of June 2015. Please guide me. Is there any provision or case law to prevent Management from doing such unfair treatment in my case? Please it is very urgent. I am very much depreesed now a days due to this harrashment.
