blackmail please help me

Ask her to contact the Woman cell of the local police to file a written complaint against her own parents.
You can also contact the national commission on women asking for help and support.

sir she was house arrested by her parents and don't have any medium to contact the outside world.and they are also emotionally balckmailing her
