Old stamp paper are available at hefty price. people buy for their own reasons. stamp vendors have old stamp papers in tact as good as latest new stamp papers.
here you say your signature is forged. verification of stamp paper is no solution. whenever you sign stamp papers you need to sign with indian black ink that cannot be removed from stamp paper but if you attempt to remove you will just tear the very stamp paper as stamp papers are very special papers printed at security press where RBI prints currency.
Any casual signing with any ink pen is fraught with dangers.you have to take always prelominary precautions when you sign on stamp papers, do not just be carried away it is given to you aby advocates/or your close relatives. in fact you have physically go to stamp vendor to buy a stamp paper and you also should see whether stamp vendor is registeed with registrar of stamps or at all Courts there are authorized stamp vendors and buy from them howver busy you are.
signature forged can be correctly checked at any forensic laboratory for authentic purposes.
under sec 17 of indian contract act talks about fraud. so if forgery is there you can issue to your opposite parties a legal notice duly drafted by really experienced legal drafters.
