my lawyer filed a petition to send the promissory note for Expert Verification. but after 1 year, The Lower Court lady Judge Cancel the petition to send for expert verification.
it means the judge trusted that is forged one?

the lower court lady judge gave 30 days time. but my lawyer wants to go to HC to get stay order
why do we need a stayorder?
