Is it registered or to be registered. now there are stringent conditions by RBI.

The Model Bye Laws printed copy should be available with the federation of societies or any legal book stores. Buy this and adopt it.  For adoption, a printed copy duly signed by the society Members need to be filed with the Registrar.
