Hi,
My father own a land and has all the documents related to it. One of our relative have prepared a duplicate document of his own and claims that it is his own land.He has now put a fence over that land and has locked it. How to approach to this kind of situation. Kindly guide me what should i do.

Dear Mr.Jagannath,
File a suit for declaration as to invalidity of his documents, and also ask for an injunction mandating him to remove unauthorised fence, and also ask for recovery of possession if not in your possession.

first of all file the criminal case for forgery and cheating against the said paerson. then go for civil.

1) File a criminal case for forgery, cheating etc.
2) File an application for 144(2) for mainteing peace & tranquility in the area & then
2) File a Civil Suit for declaraiion of rights & title and also file a petition for ad-interim injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 on the property.
