Plot owner allow the builder to construct the Row house two year and then plot owner with help of builder all constructed row houses (Duplex House ) sold to third part as Plot even after the all house are constucted by the fund of Buyers who were entered in to agreement to sale with Builders only and paid 95% sale consideration amount. is this not a fraud registation sale deed occured as plot even after the construction? underr the circumstance can this sale deed challange with registration department as fraud?
