Fraudulent sale deed null and void

I have a 30 year old vacant plot in bbmp limits. Land mafia seeing it vacant, fabricated fraud documents i.e, gpa from society (already liquidated) and registered sale deed in sub registrar office. I filed a case for declaration that I am the owner and defendants sale deed is null and void and not binding upon me. The judgement was in my favour. How to get the fraud sale deed null and void? What should sub registrar do? Under any specific provisions as per registration act that sale deed will be null and void? Thanks in advance Regards Kumar

Dear Sir,

What is the direction/ judgment of the Court.

Does the court ordered for cancellation of the alleged forged documents of defendants within time limit.

If not, you need to file an execution petition before the same court.

You should also communicate the said judgment of court to concerned SRO by Post and in person.

SRO has no right to cancel the deeds as per Registration Act.
