Free legal help

Dear Sir/Ma'm

 

I would like to know is there option if i am not able to afford an lawyer for labour issue.

And what could be the alternate.

you can go to legal services authority were the court would provide you a free of cost lawyer and you have to spend some nominal paper work expenses and if not then go personally party in person for this you should know all the legal aspects and the case particulars very good

Approach the legal aid authority, or the concerned Labour Judge, who is also appointed as one of the official degnitory under the Legal aid authority. Request to provide the legal aid. Address an application that you require legal aid. Also append the xerox copies of the documents. Be it noted that the legal aid is not available to the person, whose family income exceeds Rs. 20,000=00 a month. Please verify as to whether the aforesaid figure is amended.
