We have purchased a site from a villager in 1992. For him Government allotted this site in 1980.In the year 2010 he filed a case on us to vacate with his political power.
we somehow compromised for some money and registered the site to my name.
Now that villager has expired
1.what is the procedure to withdraw the case?
2. Can we ignore it as the villager already expired and 06 years passed?
3. Does it impacts in future if we won't with draw the case

Admittedly, he was the plaintiff. I is for the plaintiff to take steps to bring Legal Representative on record, else the matter abates. The case would have been disposed as abated by this time. Please vaify from e-Courts.
