DEAR FRIENDS I WANT SK A QUESTION , THAT ONE OF MY FRIEND HAD TAKEN A LONE FROM FULLERTON INDIA CREDIT COMPANY LTD. 4 YAERS AGO AND SETTELMET BETWEEN BITHON 13, 07 2009 . BUT DID NOT PROVID NOC TO THE FRIEND AND PUT HIS NAME IN "CIBIL" .

WHAT HE SHOULD DO TO CLEAR THE HIS NAME FRON CIBIL

This is Advocate Rohit Dalmia from Mumbai. You need to approach the credit card company asking them to resolve the issue and if they do not help you, then you need to send the legal notice through an advocate to the Credit Card Company. since, the name has been given to cibil it will affect the credit rating of your friend.

thank you Rohit ji for your valuable advice . But main thing in local office of the company there is no respocible persone avilable to assit . Andthe company has charge many time of the principal ammount. They are sking to deposit them .
