GENERAL.POWER OF ATTERNORY

Can I get a supreme court judgement number in the below .
if the extutant or claimiant any one expires in the general power of atternory expires then the document will be null and void. or any act speciflly mentioning the properties of GPA

I think Mr. Abhishek has rightly pointed out the correct resources for information on Power of Attorney, I would just like to improvize this section with one more resource which is strictly talking about Power of Attorney from an NRIs point of view.

The general power of attorney format for NRI pdf and sample can be found too.
