general power of attorney.

I have purchased plot 30 X 40, in bank e auction. total 3 acres of land purchased by wife ( x ) in 2005. . in 2006 she given GPA to his husband ( y ) to convert land by local authority and t make plots and sale the plots.
in 2014 defaulter ( Z ) bought this plots and mortgage in bank due t some reasons he could not pay the loan it became NPA

now I purchased and got registered,

my issue is.
land owner is wife (X) given GPA t his husband in 2006. husband sold the plot in 2014 to Mr ( Z )
I bought in 2019.

Mr ( x ) wife can file any suit against me ?.
previous transaction are done correctly ?

facts not enough to advise better approach advocate for proper guidance

Facts posted clarity. Try post simple facts; please try to avoid meaningless expressions such as "his husband".

On the basis of the GPA, the original landowner's husband had sold the property to a buyer by a sale deed, therefore the rights of the original owner have been transferred to the new buyer, hence she cannot make any claim over the property at this stage/.
