Gift deed as per will after death of testator

My Grandmother, sole owner of the FREEHOLD property in Delhi ahd her registered will as per which after her death whole property goes to my Grandfather.

Now as Grandmother is dead and Grandfather is the sole owner as of now, he wants to gift deed the property to us (Grand Daughter, Grandson and Daughter in law (our mother)) jointly.

(As lawyer says) Now as per the latest ruling by Hnble Supreme Court conveyance as per GPA and will is not allowed.

How can we get the property transfereed to us?

As far as i could understand the SC order in point 19 its clear that for blood relations property conveyance is allowed as per the sweet will.

And also the property is FREEHOLD and the will testator also dead.

What can be done?
