dear sir i purchased a plot from person A who has taken it from person B, while purchasing, from person B gave an written permission on stamp paper to person A saying that he can sell that property to anybody. after looking all this i purchased plot from him in 2001 and i got it registered deed mutation done on my name. there was a small house in it, i took plot with small house. house has been allotted with municipalty number and i am paying taxes since last ten years.
Now person B has made the same plot to gift deed to her daughter and her daughter has made gift deed to her son C who has entered his name in pahani records. now son has booked criminal case on me saying that i have illegally occupied his plot. Now how to go about this issue.
