Gift of property

can a property or part of it be gifted to a tenant,the said property is not self aquired but inherited.

If it's your share in the ancestral property then you can gift it to anyone

If that property is mutated in your name then you can gift it as you wish .

Sir, can an agreement to execute the gift deed be binding upon the donors to do so.
