Gift settlment vs will

Grandma has a will for properties to grandsons myself in 2000 and later grandfather gets gift settlement when ill without any ones notice later after she expires he sells all properties and spends is this legal . How should i proceed to stop this any help is appretiated.

If the gift deed was executed duly, then the said will holds no force in the eyes of the law. However if you can manage to prove the execution of the said gift deed to be against law, then you might be able to avail some benefit.

Thanks for the quick reply sir . My grandma has one child thats my mom he has not got any signs or anything from my mom too is that legal consider myself a noob any suggestions are welcome . Is it the proper way to execute a gift settlement sir.
