Thank you. So i have rights on this property rights in legal terms?
Advocate Bhartesh goyal (advocate) 18 July 2023
No, Since father is absolute owner of property so during the lifetime of father no any legal heir can claim right and interest in property.Merely signing on loan papers does does create any rights in property.

After the ,death,of your father, all members of the family, will have a right, over the property and all the members of the family, will have a liability, over the loan also.In the, life time of your father,it is his personal property,he can gift this property,to whom ever he wishes.

You are only witness for loan ,this don't create any right over your father's property which came through gift .
