For Mr. Ashish,
Well, pointing towards the sections which are made to ease the complications of the delayed justice. Would want to know, "Why to suffer" if one is purely innocent. Is it totally in the hands of wives to do anything against with Men. I'm so worried for "Men in India" who is pulled into this gigantic terroristic activity by the femine side. Are we (Men) here, to just defence and keep waiting for the other incoming arrow.
Why? Are we upgraded in this Legal System now or not, which is misused since a long? I have hired Advocate and tertiary supporters to help me come out of this Illegal activity from wife. But, When will I get released of this Issue?

Quashing is extremely difficult and is allowed only when the allegations are manifestly mala fide or ambiguous. The HC normally does not appreciate evidence in quashing. The accused can try his luck with quashing if he has irreproachable evidence pointing towards his innocence.
