Govt banks verification (bgv)

What if person is terminated (but have offer letter , payslip, form 16, bank statements) etc and the MNC is also closed and acquired by another MNC? How BGV(Background Verification) will happen in this case ? Actually, my terminated company MNC is closed and acquired by another MNC, I am thinking to say I lost my Reliving letter and show all the other docs as proof of my employment. Company 1 : Terminated (9 months) Company 2 : Genuine (4 Yrs) Company 3 : Genuine (6 Months working) Company 5 : Govt, If I include terminated experience i am eligibe to apply Please suggest in this regard.
