GPA copy not available in sub registar office

General power of attorney registered deed is not available in sub registar office , what is the solution, in sale deed mentioned GPA number in the year 1972

If that GPA was registered, then it must be in SRO.  But the GPA might have not been registered and only executed, I think.

Then either the principal or agent can apply for a certified copy of the same from the SRO concerned.

With a copy of the death extract of both, you can apply for a certified copy in SRO.

If the GPA was registered it will be available in Sub Registrar Office concerned.  A copy of the death certificate of the parties shall be enclosed in the application. Otherwise, it will not be granted to others other than the original parties of the deed.
