GPA holder can do anything on behalf of you. No problem. GPA is your father , you can put faith on him.

The pointwise reply is as under:

1)Yes , he can purchase the house in your name.

2) The  house should be purchased and registered in your name.

3)He can sell the property if authorised to sell.

4)The property should be in your name.

5)If you want to sell the property you donot need the signature of GPA holder. You are the Principal and he is your agent ,only to act on your behalf.
