we r having plots which was purchased under societys act in 1989 n was regd .Now also E.C.s r in our name only. But one congress MLA unauthorisedly occupied n filed a suit against us in HC since 15 yrs n v r helpless to sell the plots to anybody as it in litigation. We all r having (27 plots) original sale deeds. we are the only sole n absolute owners of the plots. Now, what shall v do ? Kindly suggest the solution how to proceed futher. we have submitted for LRS also n wegot the recipts n original plan with signed n acknowledged by the GHMC. plots r in nizampet area in Hyderabad
