grand Father purchased a land and after few years, land sold to a builder and a little amount given to his grand children by grandfather.
what property law said about grandchildren's right on grand Father's property?
grandfather is alive and his son too alive, but son and grandchildren got a little amount.

No, sons & grandsons can't  claim any share in grandfather's property during his lifetime.

I concur the opinion and advise of learned expert Mr. Bhartesh Goyal, neither son nor grandson can put up a claim on the self-aqcuirted property of this old man.

Thanks a lot Sir.

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     30 January 2024

The property is the grandfather's self acquired property, hence neither his sons or grandchildren or any third person can claim any share in his property as a right.

Therefore your claim is not maintainable as per law.
