I have inherited a small piece of land from my Grand Father, I have a tenant since 20 years who illegally encroached and built concerete upper floor and behind his room a toilet and kitchen.
The property card is proving his area of room in square meter.
We made several complaints to Municiple in writting.
An advocate Notice has been served 5 years ago twice
Land assesment record covering only land
Negotiation failed. Because The tenant is working in the high court
What do I need to prove the breach of contract to evict him
Any suggestion is welcome and I appreciate your time and sincererity to Help bring justice and shed some light on this matter
