Grandsons & grand daughter rights on ancestors property

dear sir/madam,

my grand father had earned ancestors property . my grand father & grand mother were not interested in giving property to his son & they are interested to give property of 60 acres & so on to their daughters by making a will but my dad is on there side , trusts & believes them what they did.finally entire ancestors property is given to my grand father daughters & their children. they had not given us anything for a span of 25 years.is there any right or law to get my ancestors property right back ?

                             thanking to u all(sirs/madams)

Your father's children are entitled to a legitimate share out of the share of your father from the ancestral property, you can file a partition suit claiming your legitimate share in the ancestral property, contact a local lawyer.
