Dear sir,
The company works for 5 days a week, but they are Denying for payment of Gratuity. What I can do. Please suggest.

Has it denied in writing?
Contact a local lawyer specializing in labor/service matters.
Submit a list of all representations made so far and mention each date, time of each call, phone numbers names of all officials to whom you have represented, and brief minutes of discussion by letter addressed to good offices of appointing authority, MD………………..thru redg. Post and conclude that despite all representations ‘Notice of Determination of gratuity ‘ has not been supplied to you and FormI is attached and demand acknowledgment.
Obtain POD and certified copy of run sheet of postman from PO.
If good offices also do not provide any relief then you have the option to let your lawyer takeover and resolve by applying his skills or you can approach Controlling Authority of Gratuity.
