Gross wrong in form 16

My employer has mentioned more gross salary in Form 16 than what i got in FY-2013-14.

As I am eligible for returns with actual figures, what to do during filing of ITR?

file another one with correct form

You can fill up another form with proper details of your income and expenses,consult your auditor and file the return according to his advise.
