Thank you Mr. Prakash. The attachment is very useful. However I would like to know what is Processing fee? SEBI has asked me this processing fee ( I applied for RTI Apllication asking SEBI regarding a company merger as I am the shareholder of the company being merged).

I had just applied for information and not any other extra document and have already paid requisite Rs .10/- stamp fee.. They mailed me and I replied asking for clarification but they have not replied me since thrugh e-mail nor through reg. post. which I had demanded.
