Dear Sir,
I came to Ahmedabad in midnight flight from Mumbai after business meeting and dinner, I reached in very normal condition and my driver is there to take me, police stopped checked my car and asked me did you drink ? I said yes, but it is in Mumbai almost 5 hours back, police told, we will arrest you now and take you to the Sola civil hospital for blood testing and we present you tomorrow at court. I am in normal condition and I'm not driving and I didn't make any nusence, on top of it I am not in inebriated condition.
Is this law is correct or just police threatened me to get the money, if I want to file a case against such law, who can help me ? it is happened last week only. I do not hold any liquor permit in Gujarat as I am not regular drinker.
