Dear Kiran Ji,

I Would ask you to send special sweets of your city. But it is unfair to impose penalty without authority of Law. Therefore, I propose a Bill in the Friends Parliament of LCI as under:

ANTI CONCEALMENT (OF BIRTH DAY) ACT, 2010

Be it enacted by the Friends Parliament of Republic of LCI as follows:

1. “Whoever being placed in the list of top 30 members of the LCI,  conceals his Birth Day, shall be subjected to a penalty of not less than 30 packets of special sweets of  his city to be sent by him to at least top 30 members of LCI.”
