Harashment by neiboroughs

Respected Sir

I am senior citezen and living with my own house. But due to rapid development of my area and city. Lot of different peoples are residing nearby area. There are three peoples have dogs and they are wondering near by our house / compound etc. Their dogs are toileting early morning and evening when they are walking nearby area of our house. It creats dirty near to our house. I have directly requesting

them but they are not listening any thing. They are directly threating me that JO TUMSE HOTA HAI

VO KARLO  HAMARA DOG TO YEHIPAR TIOLET KAREGA.

Please advice me to whom I can approach and lodge the complaints and to save my family from such

harrshment.

Just install cctv and gather evidence.if you do that itself your neighbour might stop creating such nuisance

Yes. Sufficient evidence might enable you to seek an injunction against the said persons. He is guilty as per the principle of strict liability.

Yes I agree that CCTV would be the best option because it will give you a first-hand evidence of your complaint against the perpetrators. Also if you were to pursue this in the court of law you will be able to substantiate your findings and provide the evidence to the honourable Court. It is important to keep our cities and villages clean from this kind of mess created by animals such as dogs cats etc. It is also important for the neighbours to co-operate in this matter. If the neighbours are uncooperative and failing to understand the situation then the only option is to seek guidance from the law courts and to seek an injunction against the perpetrators. Yes please go ahead and install a CCTV which must have the date and time displayed as it is recording.
