Dear Sir,
I am working with an Indian Company situated in Banglore from last 8 month in sales department, from last 2 to 3 month as financial year end is near my supervisor is harassing me every period. And as he is senior a following is order but still he is not happy. I am doing my best. Every time he is behaving like he don't have faith in me. Always threatening that " tum nahi karoge to koi aur ake karega ".
Please help me

what do you want to ask?, In a company, sales department will be urging for sales promotion, you have to achieve your target, if you find it difficult, make your call, to achieve the target, the company may put pressure on serniors/management staff which will in turn fall on the shoulders of the executives, this cannot be treated as harassments.

During the end of financial year the pressure to achieve sales target is huge.
A smart employee plans and achieves the monthly targets and reduces the burden in ending months.
Going by your comments you should keep your options for another venture in hand.
