Dear Experts. On a particular quash case in high court of telangana. my case has been registered on 10-oct and listed on 16th and now again on 20th. But it is not coming up to the Judge for hearing as the serial no for this particular court is 285 that too the court listing is until 1330hrs pre lunch sessiosn. Where we are failing, every listed date loosing our morale and how could we list in top serial no. Kindly reply or if there is an understanding issue ?
